Amy Mullins

Amy Mullins, 31, of Lick Creek; Williamson, WV passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at the Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center in South Williamson, KY.  Born July 18, 1989 in South Williamson, KY, she was the daughter of Jerry David and Connie Sue (Daniels) Mullins of Lick Creek.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Kirk Mullins.

Survivors, in addition to her parents, include her daughters, Samantha Mullins and Emalee Akers both of the home, a brother, David Mullins of Florida, and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Ricky Jackson officiating.

Due to COVID19, all in attendance must wear a mask or facial covering and adhere to social distancing guidelines as much as possible.
