Anthony Allen Griffith, 30, of Hardy, KY passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at his home. He was born January 23, 1992 in Columbus, OH.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Vernal Maynard Jr., his paternal grandparents, Robert Allen Griffith and Margaret Griffith, his stepfather, Frank Smith, and a brother-in-law, Scotty Harmon.
Survivors include his father James Lee and stepmother Sherry Griffith of Hardy, KY and his mother Connie Sue Maynard Smith of Williamson, WV, one brother, Kyle Matthew (Daniela) Griffith of Dayton, OH, two sisters, Amanda Noel Harmon of Williamson, WV and Stephanie Renee Griffith of Hardy, KY, two stepbrothers, Dallas Dotson Jr. of Ransom, KY and Keith Hackney of Forest Hills, KY, one stepsister, Samantha Ratliff of Virgie, KY, his maternal grandmother, Phyllis Maynard of Williamson, WV, his longtime companion, Courtney Henry and her son Carter Henry of Dayton, OH, 8 nephews, 2 nieces, a special friend, Melissa Smith, and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 3, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Bro. Earl White officiating. Burial will follow in the Maynard Cemetery at Big Splint Hollow; Williamson, WV with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Family visitation will begin at 11:00 am Monday and at 12:00 pm for friends at the funeral home.
