Barbara Sue (Horn) Francis

Barbara Sue Francis, 76, of Williamson, WV passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at Trinity of Mingo Healthcare in Williamson, WV.  Born November 12, 1943 in Williamson, WV, she was the daughter of the late Odas and Opal Parsley Horn.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Francis, and two brothers, Michael Horn and Benny Horn.

Barbara was a homemaker.

Survivors include her sons, Woodrow Smith, James (Amanda) Francis, and Odas Francis all of Mansfield, OH, a brother, Eddie (Johnna) Horn of Streetsboro, OH, three sisters, Amy (Fred) Webb of Delbarton, WV, Patricia (Earl) Dingess of Williamson, WV, and Elizabeth Horn of Williamson, WV, a sister-in-law, Helen Horn of Williamson, WV, her grandchildren, Julia Smith, Braydon Francis, and Brooklynn Francis, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Rev. Mike Bostic officiating.  Burial will follow in the Warfield Community Cemetery at Warfield, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.

Due to COVID19 health mandates, all those in attendance are required to wear a mask or facial covering and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
