Dana Rae Ratliff

Dana Rae Ratliff, 53, of Chattaroy, WV passed away Monday; October 6, 2025 at the Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center in South Williamson, KY.  Born May 1, 1972 in Mingo County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Danny Ray and Judy Carol Bateman Ratliff.

Dana was a former manager at Captain D’s.

Survivors include her longtime companion, Jerry Blevins of Chattaroy, WV; her children, Corey Blevins and Brooklyn Teeters both of Chattaroy; one brother, Jimmy Ratliff of Chattaroy; one sister, Nicole Starr of Chattaroy; her grandchildren, Deanna Teeters, Makenzie Teeters, Easton Teeters, Aaliyah Blevins, Judy Kay Blevins, and Isabella Blevins; and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday; October 10, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Bro. John Wellman officiating.  Burial will follow in the Thompson-Moore Cemetery at Burnwell, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
