Danny Troy Sellards

Danny Troy Sellards, 63, of Turkey Creek, KY passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at his home following a lingering illness.  Born March 29, 1962 in Williamson, WV, he was the son of the late James Robert and Wanda Lee Canada Sellards. 

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James Paris and Flora Sellards, and his maternal grandparents, Victor and Sula Canada. 

Danny was a jack of all trades but mainly worked as a carpenter.  He attended the Christian Assembly of God at Turkey Creek. 

Survivors include his sisters and brothers, Carolyn Stanley of Turkey Creek, KY, James (Rhonda) Sellards and Bennie Dean Sellards both of Lincolnton, NC, and Lisa (Eugene) Varney of Stone, KY, his favorite aunt, Ruby Chapman of Turkey Creek, KY, his special friends, Bill Evans and Hubert Messer, and a host of other family and friends.

Cremation will be observed and the family will have a private celebration of Danny’s life and place him in the family cemetery by his mother and father.
