Della Rose (Jordan) Blankenship Perron

Della Rose Blankenship Perron, 52, of Matewan, WV passed away suddenly Friday, November 6, 2020 at her home.  Born January 23, 1968 in Williamson, WV, she was the daughter of the late Red and Rose Blair Jordan.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Aubree Ingersoll, a sister, Shirley Blair, and brothers, Kenny Blair, David Jordan, and William Baisden. 

She was a homemaker and of the Church of God faith.

Survivors include her husband, Robert “Bob” Perron of Matewan, WV, her children, Eric Jordan of Varney, WV, Ashley Blankenship and companion Issac Mitchem of Varney, WV, John Blankenship II of Red Jacket, WV, and Houston Blankenship and companion Amy Cook of Delbarton, WV, two brothers, Paul Jordan and Charles Jordan, eight sisters, Madaline Roberts, Loretta Landis, Pearley Lawhorn, Pauline Donnelly, Mary Wolford, Nancy Gorby, Patricia Williams, and Sharon Laird, her grandchildren, John David Jordan, Aiden Blankenship, Gabriella Ingersoll, Levi Ingersoll, Raelyn Blankenship, Jeremiah Cook, Jaxon Murphy, Isaiah Jude, Alyssa Ferguson, Jasmine Blackburn, Hailey Blackburn, Dalton Blackburn, and Caleb Blackburn.  Also surviving is a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Rev. Fred Taylor officiating.  Burial will follow in the Blackburn-Ball Cemetery at Mitchell Branch; Red Jacket, WV with family and friends serving as pallbearers. 

Visitation will be from 6-9 pm Wednesday evening at the funeral home.

Due to the current COVID19 situation, all those attending must wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
