Donald Ray Marcum

Donald Ray Marcum, 57, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 at the Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center in South Williamson, KY.  Born March 13, 1964 in Williamson, WV, he was the son of the late Harrison Marcum and Myrtle York. 

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Patricia (Marcum) Maynard, a brother, Roger Dale Marcum, 2 nephews, Paul Marcum Jr. and Roger Dale Marcum II. 

Those left to cherish his memory are his four daughters, Misty (Steven) Ruble, Belinda (Rockie Clay) Marcum, Whitney (Jason Chester) Marcum, and Tiffany Marcum, one sister, Nellie Marcum, one brother, Paul Marcum, his ex-wife and mother of his children, Pamela Kay Davis, special friends, Wallace Davis and Stewart Davis, eight grandchildren, Kayla and Bruce Harris, Terry Davis, Stephanie Ruble, Eryk Haslett Jr., Leylann Haslett, Adylann Haslett, Hailey Chester, and Maddix Chester, five great-grandchildren, Layla Harris, Bruce Harris II, Lucas Davis, Dixie Harris, and Waylon Harris.  Also surviving is a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm Friday at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel in Toler, KY.  A procession will depart the funeral home at 1:00 pm to the Clay Cemetery at Dingess, WV where a graveside service and burial will take place.

Due to COVID19, the family asks that all attending to wear a mask or facial covering at all times.
