Harold C. McCoy

Harold C. McCoy, 72, of Turkey Creek, KY passed away Friday, July 10, 2020 at his home.  Born July 10, 1948 in Pike County, KY, he was the son of the late Tolbert and Elizabeth “Guff” Taylor McCoy.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by three brothers, Neal McCoy, James McCoy, and Michael McCoy.

Harold was a former contractor and he was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include two sons, Chris (Heather) McCoy of Williamson, WV and Shaun (Kristy) McCoy of Birmingham, AL, three brothers, Tolbert Junior McCoy of Turkey Creek, KY, Will McCoy of Turkey Creek, KY, and Wallace McCoy of West Hamlin, WV, five sisters, Anita Clevinger of Canada, KY, Rosie Jarrell of Canada, KY, Linda McCoy of Canada, KY, Melba McCoy of Turkey Creek, KY, and Carlene McCoy of Pecks Mill, WV, two grandsons, Niles and Aidan McCoy, three granddaughters, Haley, Jessica, and Sara McCoy, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

In honoring Harold’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  No services are scheduled at this time.
