Ida K. (Maynard) Branham

Ida K. (Maynard) Branham, 69, of Kodak, TN passed away Saturday, September 21, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family.  Born June 20, 1955 in Williamson, WV, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Opal Maynard.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Roy Maynard Jr. and Johnny Maynard, 6 sisters, Darlene Leake, Patsy O’Brien, Connie Maynard, Barbara Helvey, Marry Gaddis, and Emma Sue Maynard, and 1 grandson, Allen Scott.

Ida was a 1973 graduate of Belfry High School and a loving mother and nana. 

Survivors include her son, Christopher Brian (Mindy) Stepp of Kodak, TN, daughter, Crystal Mae Runyon of Parkersburg, WV, 4 grandchildren, Michael (Madi) Stepp, Joshua Stepp, Brihanna Runyon, and John Boyd, one very special great grandson, Wyatt Joseph Stepp, a sister, Brenda (the late Dinkie) McCo, 2 brothers, Sammy (Kim) Maynard and Jackie (Patty) Maynard, and a host of other family and friends.

In honoring Ida’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
