Ira James White

Ira James White, 58, of Merrimac, WV passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022 at his home.  Born June 22, 1964 in Williamson, WV, he was the late Arthur and Magdaline Miller White.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Roscoe "Rocky" White and Donnie White, and 2 sisters, Deborah Lynn White Murphy and Vanessa "Vicky" White Russell.

He was a retired coal miner.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Lynn Hayes White, his son, Adam White, his daughters, Jessica Nicole Allen and Amanda White, a brother, Arthur White Jr., sisters, Rebecca Elaine (Chester) Roberts, Carmelita (Ernest) Brown, Gladys White Robinette, and Diana White, a grandson, Jesse James "JJ" Allen of Crum, WV, and a host of friends. 

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the White Family Cemetery at his home in Merrimac, WV with burial to follow.
