Irene Fields, 92, of Ransom, KY went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at the Good Shepherd Community Nursing Center in Phelps, KY. Born July 20, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Nancy (Smith) Adkins.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her step-mother, Kelsey Adkins, her husband, McKinley “Mac” Fields, 2 infant sons, and son, Arnold (Buddy” Osborne.
Survivors include her children, Glenna Isom of Ransom, KY, Pat McCoy of Morehead, KY, Pricella (Raymond) Hager of Ransom, KY, Joseph Daniel Fields and Tim Fields both of Ransom, KY, and Melissa (Jack) Copley of Delbarton, WV, a brother, Billy Ray Adkins of Tennessee, a sister, Exie Fay Rowe of Kentucky, a special daughter-in-law, Carol Osborne of Jacksonville, FL, a host of grand, great-grand, and great-great-grandchildren, and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 13, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Bro. Lee Dotson Jr. and Bro. Earl Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in the Anderson Hatfield Cemetery at McCarr, KY with grandchildren and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 pm Friday at the funeral home.
