Jesse Ray Musick Jr.

Jesse Ray Musick Jr., 66, of Goodman Hollow; Williamson, WV passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at his home following a lingering illness.  Born May 20, 1957 in Williamson, WV, he was the son of the late Jessie Ray Musick Sr. and the late Barbara Joann Mccreary Musick. 

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by the love of his life, Charlene Cline, a brother, George Ed Musick, and two sisters, Helen Horn and Eva Musick. 

Jesse was a veteran having served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a contractor and carpenter. 

Survivors include his children, Jessica (Bear) Musick of Piketon, OH, Jesse Ray (Megan) Musick III of Lucasville, OH, and Jennifer (Brandon) Musick of Delbarton, WV, his grandchildren, Nathaniel Muncy, Kaden Dickerson, Gabbie Muncy, Kirsten Smith, Braylon Oliver, Jesse Ray Musick IV, Jordyn Musick, Lyndon Slone, Emelia Smith, Charlotte Smith, Cooper Musick, Lonna Jo Slone, and Borders grandbabies, a special sister, Jenny Musick of Ashville, OH, and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY.  Military honors will be presented at the funeral home following the service by the DAV Chapter 141 of Belfry, KY.  Burial will then follow in the Stepp Family Cemetery in Fairview Addition; Williamson, WV with family and friends serving as pallbearers. 

Visitation will be from 5-8 pm Friday evening at the funeral home.
