Jo Marie (Runyon) Pollis

Jo Marie Pollis, 77, of Stone, KY passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at the Tug Valley ARH Skilled Nursing Facility in South Williamson, KY.  Born November 23, 1946 in South Williamson, KY, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Edna Runyon.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rudy Pollis, 2 brothers, Jimmy and Lewis, and 3 sisters, Doris, Emily, and Alma. 

Jo was a homemaker and was of the Southern Baptist faith. 

Survivors include her sons, Joseph (Charlene) Pollis of Salyersville, KY, Michael Pollis of Stone, KY, Rudy Pollis of Morehead, KY, and Mark (Charity) Pollis of Fort Gay, WV, her daughters, Marcia Fish of Forest Hills, KY and Robin Lamie of Tannersville, VA, a sister, Blanche Walker of Johns Creek, KY, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family, and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY.  Burial will follow in the Mt. View Memory Gardens at Huddy, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers. 

Visitation will be from 6-9 pm Friday evening at the funeral home.
