John Christopher "JC" Thomas

John Christopher “JC” Thomas, 34, of Williamson, WV passed away Monday, October 9, 2023 in South Williamson, KY.  He was born April 1, 1989 in Louisville, KY. 

He was preceded in death by his dad, Arthur Holbrook, a brother, William Earl Thomas, and his grandpa, John Nathan Sesco. 

JC was an honors graduate from Lawrence County High School where he also completed the ROTC program. 

Survivors include his mother, Pamela Thomas Smith and his step dad, James Smith, a sister, Tara and her husband Roy Jude, his brothers, Scott Lay, William Thomas, Brett Thomas, and Travis Lay, a son and a daughter, and his grandparents, Barbara and Roy Conley.  He was loved by a host of family, friends, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 13, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Rev. Russell Prince officiating.  Cremation will take place following the service. 

Visitation will begin at 11:00 am Friday.
