John E. Ratcliff

John E. Ratcliff, 75, of Williamson, WV passed away Friday; September 26, 2025 at the St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV.  Born May 13, 1950 in Wayne County, WV, he was the son of the late James and Nadine Wright Ratcliff. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David Ray Ratcliff, a grandson, Will Andrew Johnson, and a special cousin, Lisa “Boogie” Collins. 

John was a member of the Truth Tabernacle Apostolic Church in Williamson, WV. 

Survivors include his wife, Cora Perkins Ratcliff; his children, Trixie Dawn Ratcliff (fur baby), Martha Jane Netherly, Will Johnson, and Thurman Johnson; his grandchildren, Kelly Lynn Netherly, Kevin Netherly, Keith Netherly, and Cheyenne Johnson; special cousins, Louise Gregory and Lisa Hensley; and a host of other family and friends. 

Funeral services will be held Wednesday; October 1, 2025 at 12:00 pm at the Truth Tabernacle Apostolic Church in Williamson, WV with Pastor Roger Egnor officiating.  Cremation will take place following the services.

Visitation for friends will be after 4:00 pm Tuesday evening at the church.
