Kelly Ray Blackburn

Kelly Ray Blackburn, 71, of Belfry, KY passed away Friday, January 19, 2024 at his home.  Born October 17, 1952 in Williamson, WV, he was the son of the late Richard “Harry” and Geraldine Maynard Blackburn. 

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kyrstin Star Blackburn, a sister, Olivia Blackburn, and a brother, Ricky Blackburn. 

Kelly was a former truck driver and a member of the Saltwell Church of Christ. 

Survivors include his children, Kelly Ray Blackburn, Billy Joe Blackburn, Gabriel (Stephanie) Blackburn, and Cody Neal Blackburn, his siblings, Garrett (Patsy) Blackburn, Teresa Vipperman, Felicia (Steve) Cunningham, Patty (Rob) Smith, and Richard H. (Jennifer) Blackburn Jr., his grandchildren, Tiffany Ann Barnes, Alexis Michelle Blackburn, Chase Blackburn, Dalton Blackburn, Autumn Ann Blackburn, Isabella Saige Blackburn, Caleb Blackburn, Caden Blackburn, Conner Blackburn, and Hailey Blackburn, his great grandchildren, Lillian, Layla, and Alivia, and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY.  Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Merrimac, WV with family and friends serving as pallbearers. 

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
