Len E. Maynard

Len E. Maynard, 68, of Turkey Creek, KY passed away Monday, December 13, 2021 at the Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center in South Williamson, KY.  Born June 22, 1953 in Williamson, WV, he was the son of the late Leander and Martha Finley Maynard.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, David Maynard and Archie Maynard.

Len retired from the Appalachian Regional Hospital where he worked departments including truck driver, maintenance, pharmacy tech, and plant operating engineer.

Survivors include his 2 sons, Eddie and his wife Paula Maynard and Greg Maynard, 2 grandsons, Dylan Maynard and Logan Maynard, 2 granddaughters, Halie and her husband Cody Schwerin and Maci Lynn Maynard, 1 brother, Randy Maynard, 1 sister, Regina Chaffins, a special nephew, Bobby Chaffins, and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 17, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Bro. Earl White officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mt. View Memory Gardens at Maher, WV with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 6-9 pm Thursday evening at the funeral home with service at 7:00 pm.
