Leta Lynn (Blankenship) Collins

Leta Lynn Blankenship Collins, 68, of Beech Creek, WV passed away Sunday, June 22, 2025 in the emergency room at the Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center in South Williamson, KY.  Born February 21, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Wayne and Goldie Woolridge Blankenship.

Leta was a homemaker. 

Survivors include her children, Misty (Willis) Honaker of Beech Creek, WV, Kenny (Rhonda) Collins of Beech Creek, WV, and Sarah (Derrick) Davis of Charleston, WV, her grandchildren, Nate Honaker, Jordan Collins, Shaylee (Eric) Craft, Adrianna (John) Wolford, Terrance Vance, Jaydin Ball, Keagan Ball, and Bella Ball, her great-grandchildren, Asher Craft, Imrholin Wolford, and Kenny Ball Shabdue.  Also surviving is a host of friends.

In honoring Leta’s wishes, cremation will take place.  A celebration of her life will be held at a later date and will be announced when scheduled.
