Marie Slone

Marie Slone, 67, of Beech Creek, WV passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at the Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center in South Williamson, KY.  Born May 27, 1954 in Williamson, WV, she was the daughter of the late Kenny and Bookie Prater Slone. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Teddy Lee Slone, a sister, Clara Belle Cisco, and a nephew, Billy David Slone. 

Marie was a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister.  

Survivors include her daughter, Tina (Malcolm) Hatfield of Beech Creek, WV, 3 brothers, Larry (Nancy) Slone of Beech Creek, WV, David (Debbie) Slone of Murfreesboro, TN, and Kenny (Sharon) Slone of Charleston, WV, 1 sister, Deborah Ann (James) Cisco of Mount Pleasant, TN, her grandchildren, Alesha Rhoton, Austin Tyler Rhoton, McKaylee Hatfield, Kiersten Hatfield, Malcolm Ray Hatfield Jr., and Dakota Ryan Hatfield, her great grandchildren, Rylee Lynn Rhoton, Nyla Kenzley Rhoton, Raenna Leigh Ferrell, Raelynn White, Bryson White, Mason Telfer, Mia Diamond, Keenan Diamond, and Austin Tyler Rhoton II, a special friend, Sandy Hatfield of Newtown, WV, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Bro. Enoch Newsome officiating.  Burial will follow in the Looney Curve Cemetery at Devon, WV with family and friends serving as pallbearers. 

Visitation will be from 6-9 pm Saturday evening at the funeral home.
