Marty Ray Manns

Marty Ray Manns, 63, of Scarlett Road, Delbarton, WV passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at his home.  Born July 27, 1957 at Holden, WV, he was the son of the late Homer Ray Manns and the late Hester McCoy Manns.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Vanessa Manns, an aunt who raised him, Velva (Willie) Hall, 2 nephews, Teddy Ray Conley and Mark Justin Hatfield, a great-niece, Jonessa White, and a great-nephew, Braydon Scott Manns.

Survivors include his brothers, Terry Manns, Scotty Manns, and William K. (Linda) Hall, his sisters, Trina Clay, Crystal (Ace) Hackney, and Velnetta Manns, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. 

In honoring Marty Ray’s wishes, a simple graveside service will be held Friday, February 5, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Estep Cemetery on Scarlett Road, Delbarton, WV.

Due to the COVID19 health situation, all attendees must wear a mask or facial covering and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
