Mary Joan Belcher

Mary Joan Belcher, 47, of Phelps, KY passed away Friday, February 9, 2024 at her home.  Born June 13, 1976 in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of the late Barbara Spears.

In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Tammy Thacker.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her stepfather, John Spears of Richlands, VA, her children, Cayla (Hunter) Winsor of Campbellsville, KY, Harry Belcher of Lexington, KY, and Kevin Belcher of Lebanon Junction, KY, her brother, David Ferguson of Pikeville, KY, her grandchild, Kenley Belcher, a niece, Lynn Ferguson of Pikeville, KY, and a nephew, Jonathan Thacker of Pikeville, KY.

The family has chosen cremation and no services will be held at this time.
