Paul Benjamin Cisco

Paul Benjamin Cisco, 63, of McCarr, KY passed away Sunday; November 16, 2025 at his home.  Born August 23, 1962 in Mingo County, WV, he was the son of Nell Gannon of Williamson, WV and the late Paul Cisco. 

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a step-son, Scott Gooslin; a nephew, Shawn Hatfield; 2 brothers, Lee Cisco and Barry Cisco; a sister, Marlene Chapman; and his mother-in-law, Cuzzie Wallace Gooslin.

Paul was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army in Operation Desert Storm during the Persian Gulf War.  He formerly worked for BWB Enterprises and Belo Mine Supply. 

Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his loving wife, Nancy Gooslin Cisco of McCarr, KY; his stepchildren, Kelly Browning of McCarr, KY, Thomas (Deanna) Gooslin of McCarr, KY, and Heather (Kevin) Mayhorn of Shelbyville, TN; four sisters, Charlene (Ramon) Murphy of Ohio, Darlene Hyden of Williamson, WV, Vicie (Johnny) Dotson of Thacker, WV, and Bernadean (Eddie) Perry of Williamson, WV; a brother, Glen (Keela) Gannon of Naugatuck, WV; a special brother-in-law whom he thought of as a brother, Jimmy Gooslin of McCarr, KY; 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends. 

Funeral services will be held Thursday; November 20, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY.  Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Peter Fork; McCarr, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers. 

Visitation will begin at 11:00 am for family and at 12:00 pm for friends on Thursday at the funeral home.  Military honors will be presented by the DAV Chapter 141 of Belfry, KY.
