Peggy Sue Keen

Peggy Sue Keen, 62, of Wharncliffe, WV, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the Logan Regional Medical Center in Logan, WV.  Born March 19, 1961in Williamson, WV, she was the daughter of the late Walker and Dolly Fern Mahon Keen. 

Peggy was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend and she was a member of the Ben Creek Church of Christ. 

Survivors include one brother, Oscar (Lola) Keen of Browning Fork, WV, three sisters, Lovis (Cecil) Cisco of Ragland, WV, Maggie (the late Edward) Lawson and Sarah (the late Leonard) Sparks both of Wharncliffe, WV, her nephews, Terry Keen, Jerry Keen, Wesley Cisco, and Walker Cisco, her nieces, Annetta Whitt, Crystal Lester, Sabrina Sparks, and last but not least Melissa and Jason Belcher along with Skylar Belcher, Johnna Belcher and Tyler Whitt, Haygan Belcher, and Michael Taylor whom she loved as her own and who visited her often.  Also surviving is a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 21, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the Ben Creek Church of Christ with Bro. Gene Clemons officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lester Cemetery at Wharncliffe, WV with Haygen Belcher, Jason Belcher, Michael Taylor, Wesley Cisco, Walker Cisco, Terry Keen, Jerry Keen, Tyler Whitt, Cody Whitt, and Kevin Whitt serving as pallbearers. 

The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 pm until the time of service Friday at the church. 

She is gone from our sight, but not from our hearts!
