Randall Stanley, 66, of Belfry, KY passed away Saturday, September 12, 2020 following a lingering illness. Born August 5, 1954 in Williamson, WV, he was the son of Colleen Hoffman Stanley, who survives, and the late Ralph B. Stanley.
In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Randall was a 1972 graduate of Belfry High School where he played football. He was an avid follower of the Belfry football program. Upon completing high school, he attended Mayo Vocational School where he completed an electricity and welding program.
After getting out of school, he worked for Persinger Supply Company. He then got a job with American Electric Power where he worked for 23 years, serving as a line crew supervisor for part of that time.
Randall recently accepted the Lord and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years Jenny Maynard Stanley, his mother Colleen Stanley, his sister Norine (Dennis) Fite, his nephews, Chris (Cindy) Fite and Chad (Shawna) Fite, three great nephews, two great-nieces, his adopted sister Emma Pecco, and a host of friends.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Mt. View Memory Gardens at Huddy, KY with Rev. Jarod Belcher officiating. Entombment will follow in the Mt. View Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
