Rebecca Fay (Maynard) Adkins

Rebecca Fay Adkins, 82 of Williamson, WV passed away Thursday, June 1, 2023 at the Logan Regional Medical Center.  Born December 17, 1940 at Aflex, KY, she was the daughter of the late Sterling Jennings and Edna Rose Woods Maynard.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son, Stephen Ray Adkins, brother, Jennings Ray Maynard, and sister, Dorothy "Dottie" Baker.

Fay was a very active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Williamson, WV.

Survivors include her sister, Linda Maynard and 2 younger brothers whom were adopted out, Carl Spraker and Al Spraker.  Also surviving are many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews, and friends.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 11:00 am at the First Presbyterian Church, 29 W. 6th Avenue Williamson, WV  25661 with Pastor Rev. Dale Carey officiating.
