Rose Copley, 56, of Duncan Fork; Delbarton, WV passed away suddenly Monday, March 2, 2020 at her other home in Martha, KY. Born August 13, 1963 in Williamson, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Gertrude Crawford Williams.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Tim Pilkin and Franky Pilkin, and 1 sister, Janis Clevenger.
Rose was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband Orville "Buck" Copley of Duncan Fork, 2 daughters, Amanda (Jimmy) Bryant of Mud Fork, WV and Brandy (Aaron) Springer of Duncan Fork, 2 brothers, Lloyd (Penny) Williams of Elkhorn City, KY and Paul (Ann) Pilkin of Sprigg, WV, 1 sister, Anita (Stan) Asher of North Matewan, WV, 3 grandchildren, Steven Calvin Messer, Buck Roberts, and Erica Springer. Also surviving is a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 6, 2020 at 12:00 pm at the Duncan Fork United Baptist Church with Bro. David Stratton officiating. Burial will follow in the Ooten Cemetery at Duncan Fork with Steven Messer, Kevin McCoy, John Pilkin, Daniel Asher, Buck Roberts, and Jimmy Bryant serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 6-10 pm Thursday evening at the Duncan Fork United Baptist Church with services at 7:00 pm with Elder Eddie Layne officiating.
