Vivian Lee Pack, 73, of Red Jacket, WV passed away Tuesday; November 11, 2025 at her home. Born March 13, 1952 in Matewan, WV, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Ila Blankenship Cisco.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Benny Pack; and one brother, Roger Cisco.
Vivian retired from Coalfield CAP after 30 plus years working in the Mingo County Headstart program. She was a member of the Ben Creek Church of Christ.
Survivors include her son, Michael Benjamin Pack of Red Jacket, WV; three brothers, James Randall (Nancy) Cisco of Varney, WV, David Cisco of Beech Creek, WV, and Larry (Sherri) Cisco of Beech Creek, WV. Also surviving is a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Thank you to Center Well Home Health and a special thank you to Viv's caregivers, Tina Lawson and Miranda Davis.
Funeral services will be held Monday; November 17, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Evang. Gene Clemons officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Memory Gardens at Huddy, KY. Active pallbearers will be Michael Pack, Jeremy Blankenship, Corey Cisco, Eli Cisco, Brian Cisco, and Joey Cisco. Honorary pallbearer will be Jason Varney.
Visitation will be from 6-9 pm Sunday evening at the funeral home.
