William Floyd Hensley

William Floyd Hensley, 69, of Williamson, WV passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Born January 23, 1952 in Williamson, WV, he was the son of the late William Edford Hensley and the late Emogene P. Stollings Hensley.

Floyd was a retired salesman for Sears & Roebuck and a volunteer fireman with the Williamson Fire Department.

Survivors include a son, Nathaniel M. Hensley of Huntington, WV,  his brother, Robert R. Hensley of Williamson, WV, nephew, Bear (Sarah) Hensley of Williamson, WV, nieces, Bobbie (Steven) Hager and Kristy (Joey) Carey of Williamson, WV, great nephews and great nieces, Michael Donovan Fields, Jessica Diamond, Chandler Carey, Madison Carey, Bailey Hensley, and Olivia Hensley, a great-great-nephew, Parker Diamond, a great-great-niece, Rowyn Diamond, an aunt, Joann Smith of Williamson, WV, and a host of cousins and friends.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 12:30 pm at the Thompson-Moore Cemetery at Burnwell, KY with Bro. Delbert McCoy officiating.  Burial will follow with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.

Due to the current Covid19 health situation, all attending must wear a mask or facial covering.
