William Ronald "Ronnie" Maynard

William Ronald “Ronnie” Maynard, 55, of Turkey Creek, KY passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at his home following a sudden illness.  Born February 23, 1965 at South Williamson, KY, he was the son of the late William “Cotton” and Phyllis Ann Hinkle Maynard.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby and Randall Maynard.

Ronnie was one of God’s special children.  He was full of life and loved to watch wrestling, The Dukes of Hazzard, and listen to music especially Michael Jackson.  He loved attending church and was a member of the Turkey Creek Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors include his sister and devoted caregiver, Renee Maynard of Turkey Creek, KY, his brother, Ricky Maynard of Turkey Creek, KY, and a host of other family and friends who loved Ronnie dearly.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 9, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Turkey Creek Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Mikey Smith and Bro. Jimmy Stanley officiating.  Burial will follow in the Robinette-Maynard Cemetery at Turkey Creek, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be after 6:00 pm Saturday evening at the Turkey Creek Freewill Baptist Church with services at 7:00 pm.

Due to state COVID19 mandates, masks or facial coverings and social distancing guidelines should be observed.
